SOL NARMINA'S FAQ'S

About:

  • Sol Narmina LLC. is a small skincare business that operates remotely within the state of Alabama.

Processing Time:

  • 90% of all of our skincare products are handmade and therefore requires 5 - 7 business day minimum for processing and shipping. This does not include weekend or holidays

  • All Sol Narmina products are sold in USA only for now. We will re-evaluate in 2025 if we will offer our products outside of the USA. 

Shipping:

  • Orders will be shipped via Fedex or USPS as a secondary option.

  • Shipping costs will be added at checkout (a flat rate) 

  • For local orders, pickup will be available if preferred. 

Returns/Exchanges:

  • Our products are handcrafted & made to order. No returns and or exchanges once an order is placed. All orders are final.

  • If your order is damaged upon arrival or missing an item, please take a photo and email it immediately within 48hrs. to contact@solnarmina.com to request a replacement.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

  • Sol Narmina LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

  • If you entered the incorrect address and you fail to update it: THAT'S THE ADDRESS IT WILL SHIP TO AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NEGLIGENCE. 

  • IF YOU FORGOT THE APT NUMBER & IT COMES BACK TO US YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED. THIS EXCLUDES SHIPPING.

  • Sol Narmina LLC reserves the right to limit and or refuse products to any individual.
